Personal Injury Claims

When another party's negligence leaves you hurt, the claim covers your medical care, the income you lost, and what the injury took from your daily life. We build it for trial and negotiate from there.

Personal Injury
Someone was careless. You are the one paying for it.

An injury claim is an argument about two things: who caused this, and what it cost you. Insurers concede the first far more often than the second, which is why a fast offer usually arrives before anyone knows how your treatment ends.

We prepare every file as though a jury will read it. Records, wage documentation, treating physician opinions, and where the injury is serious, retained experts. Cases settle for more when the other side can see what trial would look like.

What we do on a case like this

  • An attorney reviews your case, not an intake service
  • We deal with the adjusters and the medical liens
  • Nothing out of your pocket at any point
  • You decide whether to accept an offer, always

Questions and Answers

Q.The insurance company already offered me money. Should I take it?+
A.

Not before you know what your treatment will cost. A first offer is made while your medical picture is still open, which is exactly why it arrives early. Once you sign a release, the claim is closed for good.

Q.Do I have to sue anybody?+
A.

Usually not. Most claims resolve with the insurer, and the ones that do get filed still mostly settle before trial. Filing is a tool for getting a serious offer, not the goal.

Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case turns on its own facts, and nothing on this page is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

Also in Personal Injury

Premises Liability

Injuries on property that was not kept safe: broken stairs and railings, unmarked wet floors, bad lighting, falling merchandise, and negligent security.

Dog Bites and Animal Attacks

Bite and attack claims, including the scarring and the fear that outlast the wound. Most are paid by the owner's homeowner or renter policy, not out of pocket.

Wrongful Death

A claim brought by close family when negligence causes a death. It covers what the family lost financially, and the relationship that was taken from them.
